There are many things to like: mini fridge included in the room rate and replenished daily, slippers, robes, two sizes of soft, down-filled pillows, and a location right next to Residenzschloss (Royal Palace). The spa and sauna in the basement are very nice, as well. I would stay here again.

Hotel is modern , clean, and comfortable but very friendly staff impressed me the most. Josie from guest relations researched and booked my travels on DB train, took her time to explain how to get to train station. I highly recommend this hotel when in Dresden!

This is a very nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms and a good location near the old town. Breakfast was also delicious. I was grateful that I could drink freely from the refrigerator in the room. If I ever come to Dresden again, I would like to stay at this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel 12th - 17th May. We stayed in Dresden as we were going to see Rammstein in concert. We received a warm welcome from Tom who was very helpful throughout our stay. The bar staff were also helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location. Dresden is a fantastic city. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Good location, weird room

The hotel is in a prime location, surrounded by beautiful buildings and lots of shops. The bakery around the corner makes some amazing cookies and other sweets. The hotel itself has many luxurious elements, though if you get a room on the first floor, you'll have to walk through their conference facilities. It was awkward to roll a suitcase through conference areas. The room I had seemed like it was converted from conference space into a guest room, with poor ventilation in bathroom areas. The "aromas" from the toilet fill the entire room. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but only in an upgraded room.
