Cutest hotel ever! We liked that it was not in the touristy area, but only a short tram ride away from it, or a nice walk away. It was in new town and the restaurants on this side of the bridge are so diverse and wonderful.

Great front desk help!

The front desk staff were so kind to us. This was our first time in Germany and they assisted us with getting directions and telling us about great day trips. I had a medical emergency during the trip and one of the front desk agents called multiple pharmacies for me at night, trying their best to find what I needed. They went out of their way to be helpful.

Several encounters with rude staff. Front desk unprofessional and made unacceptable comments. Perhaps need to revisit basic hospitality foundation and understand their job. Would never stay there again just for the staff.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. The breakfast was ok for a 4 star hotel (but for a quite high price) and the most uncomfortable part: we had to wait in a long queue till a table was available! Similarly the parking : too narrow and with limited spaces.

清潔で快適でした。トイレとシャワー室が分かれているのがよかったです。 ただし、シャワー室のドアが透明で、室内から丸見えだったのは、残念。また冷蔵庫があればもっとよかったです。 トラムの駅が目の前にあり、旧市街に簡単にアクセスできました。帰りはお散歩がてら歩いたのですが、15分程度で到着しました。
