“The room was clean and well presented in a pretty idyllic location. Quite and not very looked. Local pud was within a 10 minute walk and they served great food. The pud overlooked a river and in the summer months there seating available to be able to sit along side the river. We were provided with tea, coffee and biscuits. “Sea view, staircase was a bit steep, staff were friendly and helped me with my case, staff did come in my room when I had put a no thanks sign up, didn't bring this up with them though. Otherwise happy with stay.”

“On arrival you are confronted with building work around the main entrance and a very tired looking reception. (July 2026) The rooms are basic relatively clean but bathroom in our room was tiny. If you have long legs you will never be able to use the toilet comfortably because the shower cubicle is approximately 18 inches from the pan. “A fantastic stay at the Trawth Rooms. The host was very helpful and made herself available to us if we needed her. The rooms were very clean and well designed. The kitchen was handy and had all the basic items you could ever need for your stay. It was in a lovely location just 5 minutes pleasant walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The location is excellent to start from and back to all the surrounding beautiful South Wales area. The amenities were brilliant, you can swim and take part in classes and use the gym. “El hotel es muy justillo, se ve antiguo y con mobiliario viejo. La puerta es fina, ni siquiera llega hasta el suelo, por lo que se oye a cualquiera que pase por el pasillo y la sensación es de inseguridad total. La habitación estaba sin limpiar, encontramos una bolsa llena de restos de comida de Mcdonalds. Además hacía mucho frio y cuando preguntamos en recepción nos dijeron que “luego” se encendería, resultó que la encendieron a las 21h y a media noche la apagaron, con una media de 9 grados...
