“Lovely lady receptionist upgraded us to a superior double which was spacious with a large bed and great view of the church opposite, Ben, the duty manager was very efficient with the breakfasts. He got me extra tea as requested and did a lovely takeaway bag of sausage and bacon sandwich so my husband could eat later. Great staff, stylish rustic hotel. A perfect stay!”

“Booked as we had an early flight from East Midlands airport. Owner met us soon after we arrived. Nice room, great comfy bed, very good shower. Advised there was a good restaurant just down the road (15 min walk) which we visited and had a very tasty meal. Left in the morning too early for breakfast, but not host’s fault. Very good nights sleep. Plenty of parking. Road to airport a bit narrow and windy, but we made it in plenty of time. Would recommend.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. Its perfect if you are working away etc. Spacious accommodation with a nice shower and you can park right outside your chalet. I had a great night's sleep. No complaints”
