“The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night. The Tesla charger didn’t fit our new EV which was disappointing however there were NRMA chargers...

“The room was tidy but unclean. There was dried vomit on the floor beside one of the beds from a previous customer. Staff were helpful when we asked for items to be restocked. A very negative experience on one of the nights, there was a domestic violence incident in the room next door and I had to call the police. We felt very unsafe. Won't be coming here again.”

“Had a very comfortable stay. The room was nicely decorated and very clean and had all amenities. Had huge TV in the room which has Foxtel and can also google cast to using your own device. Good wifi. Everything was working and seemed well maintained which is great. Room was very quiet overnight and there is minimal local traffic. Check in was quick and easy. There is easy accessible parking on site. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.”

“It was an average stay. Although they can improve on the room quality. Firstly car park was full of water with lots of tripping hazard, upon arriving the rooms smelt a little off (they could use air freshener for a welcoming experience), the sliding door’s framing for the main room was loose as my son nearly ripped his finger closing it because of the glass. It does give you a 3.5 star hotel vibe Other than that , it is close to everything with prime location.”

“Staff were great, check in was easy, restaurant staff were great too. Shared toilets were quite basic, the door to one set of bathrooms cannot be closed so if you're brushing your teeth (in the very small basin) or something and someone walks past in the hallway they can see you so there's not much privacy. The ceiling fan in our room was extremely rickety making for it being very noisy and looking like it was about to fall apart. Good for singles out couples just to crash for one night.”
