The location was great. It was walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to see. There was one day that we wanted to hang out in our room and our cleaning person had called in our room didn't get cleaned I had asked for our room to be cleaned I went up an hour later and it hadn't been done. Spoke to the supervisor and she wasn't sure we was in charge of cleaning it. I was not to happy about this.

It was clean. Everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the bar, restaurant, coffee shop. It wasn't on the hustle bustle part of the Riverwalk but it wasn't far away from it which made it quieter. We enjoyed ourselves alot.

No carpet is awesome. Hotel carpet is gross so having a room with no carpet was really nice

The rooms looked like they attempted to update but you could still see that they needed work. Great location and view but just not worth the money due to the condition of the room.

Sign reads “Hotel Public Parking”, lobby staff says “Tonight it is private parking, you must pay $21.00”
