We always enjoy staying at any Marriott properties, and his one was no different. The staff was extremely friendly--even gave us menus for their top picks for restaurants that offered delivery, the room was clean and comfortable, and they allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot while we walked to the Maid of the Mist so we didn't have to pay any additional parking. Highly recommend this hotel.

The building had a story behind it. It used to be a chocolate factory. I like the idea about reusing old buildings. Overall stay was great.

The staff was excellent. However our room wasn’t clean, our towels were dirty and wet from someone else and the entire floor was filled with loud people.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice. The location is close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

A chocolate factory converted to hotel. Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Very nIce and clean. Liked the onsite bistro.
