I absolutely loved the Guild, and will definitely be going back to this hotel. It is absolutely perfect if you have a toddler.

The room is not a room but an entire apartment with everything you need. Damn, it was bigger than my house.

The room was definitely nice and the location is very good. But the registration/check in process is difficult and confusing. It should be better communicated that this is a residence, not a hotel. Parking was confusing, check in was confusing, some things in my room didn't work and I waited on hold for 15 minutes just to speak to somebody and then was (I assume) accidentally hung up on. My issues did get resolved but I don't think I would go through the trouble of staying here again. Now that I know the process it would be easier, but service\communication for first time guests is very bad.
