Everything was amazing! Loved the view from the 24th floor. Walking distance to everything downtown Boston to walking the Charles River.

Short but pleasant stay. The suite was perfect for two adults and a little one. The crib even came with a cute travel kit for baby. Great stay, perfect location. Highly recommend. Oh- and the creme brûlée from the restaurant was superb! Only con- parking is $42 and resort fee of $28 is automatically applied to your bill.

The battery in my car was juiced due to an interior light left on and the concierge on Saturday afternoon,2/22, used his own vehicle to jump start my car. This was going above and beyond expected service. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but I sure remember his kindness.

The staff was rude and the housekeeping took my $20 tip and said I drank the two $6 bottles of water. So when I got charged $12 I disputed it and they said they would have to investigate it. What a load of crap. I ordered Uber eats and had 4 bottles of water delivered with my food. I also forgot my retainers in the room and it was not reported to lost and found.
