Pat at the front desk was friendly and the room was decent. But!!!! The ice machines didn’t work: there was a glass door with a gun shot through it; there was trash piled up in the hallways; the door to outside did not close properly…anyone could get in!! And lastly the water was brown!!! Disgusting!!!! I would not recommend staying there! If there is a way to get a refund I would gladly take it!!!

Our stay was a rough go. The entire hotel is very tired, not well kept and filthy dirty. The air conditioning had a mind of it's own, and the included breakfast was an experience. Mold in the bathrooms too. Thankfully we only used the hotel to sleep at night, so we weren't there for any extended period of time. But will not stay again. It needs a serious renovation, and a staff to keep it clean!

This hotel was good for just passing through. If I had to stay more then 10 hours I would have left. The rooms were clean on the surface. I have stayed in much worse but this was OK for what I needed it for and that was sleep and then back on the road. The property needs a huge update. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly and kind.

PROPERTY LOCATION WAS VERY CONVIEN. Room was dirty, furniture dirty / thrift store look. Got locked out of room because pass card lock failed, moved to new room ( same condition as first room described above, but also missing coat hangers, tissues, hairdryer). Provided (powdered eggs (WORSE THAN MILITARY VERSION), some undercooked bacon, baby pancakes, was terrible.. on second day looked to see if it looked better found exactly same menu, but stale pastry was gone. and coffee (which was best thing of first day, was terrible). close to luke warm water in taste. Third day gave up on breakfast and wife couldn't even try it first day just from looking, did not bother to even go look after that. final gripe... stayed three nights nd no maid service at all (but did see people dressed as maids with cleaning carts in hallways several days, one was within 2 doors of my room when spotted, but none entered. Desk guy was apolagetic, but this was WORST STAY I've ever had.

The Mexican restaurant onsite was fabulous. The property needs a major deep cleaning and repainting, if not a renovation. The continental breakfast area was dirty and disgusting. The staff was friendly, but more effort needs to be put into cleaning and maintenance of the public areas of the hotel.

I’ve stayed at this property before and although not 5 stars, the accommodations were okay. This time the room wasn’t as clean and there was blood on the shower wall and in the tub. Whoever prepared the room did not do a great job. The staff has always been pleasant and there’s potential for this to be an amazing place to stay.

The water was freezing cold. They sent us to room all the way at the end of the hall. The sink and tub was stopped up. They changed our room and offered points no refund, no compensation at all. Im still waiting for the points The breakfast was ok and decent though.
