At check in they wanted every pice of information again! If I fill it out online as requested why do I have to do it again. The hall carpet are old and stained . The lifts have old gum on the floors, the halls are dark and smelly. None of the ice machines work and the back and side entrance door access does not work. It needs a great overhaul and management that gives a dam.

Good hot breakfast. Requested a late check out due to transportation being late and it was no problem and we were not bothered to leave our room at all. Staff was there if we needed them but otherwise did not bother us. Very peaceful stay.

Your water was brown. The tub floor was not leveled, it had lumps in it. Your front desk person wanted to argue with me about my name.

Deplorable bathroom

Had to switch rooms upon arrival as we the toilet was deplorable. Turns out it was Rust thank god. Housekeeping should assess rooms prior to checking; especially given one must wait until 3pm for checkins.
