The evening staff and checkout staff was friendly. However before checkout time the maintenance staff came to my room a d knocked on the door, even agter answering and telling them i was in there they just opened up the door. Never have i ever stayed at a hotel where the staff just rudely opens your door.

This is a Transient “MOTEL “ ran down and filthy …Do not stay here the pictures are most likely from a bygone era .This place should be 30 bucks a night!!!!

I don't know where to start when I checked in there was a junkie in zombie mode in the lobby the hotel room was clean but very poorly maintained the TV was leaning on the table the drawers had trash in them the microwave had old food in it there was no toilet paper no batteries in the remote or a back for it the bathroom shower was nasty didn't use it the bathroom door looked like van damn kicked it in the best were clean but no blankets just a sheet all in all a bad experience would not stay again

The property was located in a very unsafe neighborhood. Room was full of roaches and no blankets on the bed. Absolutely disgusting and should not be an Expedia pick.

The room smelled like mold and mildew, no ice machine or vending machines, lots of stains on bathroom floor and counter. Mini fridge wasn’t even plugged in. Air conditioner unit was leaking all over carpeting.

The night I checked in the room was not ready and the bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, toilet paper holder was not even there. Therefore, the next my wife and I had to move to another room, and when we were in, tv was not working, no room service and table lamp neither. And the white thin towels we had on the first night were never replaced with the clean ones; we were forced to use them over and over for the four nights stay. Overall, it was a very bad experience in travel hotel staying history. I thought that booked in for an hotel; it is actually a Motel. And your website says MHO hotel. Breakfast was okay.

Booked a king size non smoking room. Recieved a double twin room that reeked of cigarettes. People were outside working on cars and smoking/drinking and were very loud. Room was filthy and had bugs in the bathroom. Left within 20 minutes. Images of place are clearly AI generated, looks nothing like it in real life. Staff did not seem to care.

Rooms where not clean, no towels, small roll of toilet paper with no back up, rust spots in sink and in tub, curtains falling off track, no remote for tv and no buttons on tv to work it. When went to ask for toilet paper and towels they was only.one person working and she said she has no idea when she would be able to get them for me. So glad it was just to sleep and leave with next stop as home so we could shower ASAP
