Mais situação desagradável do que agradável , chegada , o quarto com cortina no chão , me trocaram de quarto assim que reclamei , porém um mal cheiro nos ralos absurdo só foi abrir a torneira, água quente era morna e chuveiro fraco, ar condicionado funcionando precário , hotel preço com piscina porém estava reforma na verdade todo em reforma, no dia seguinte saí cedo voltei à noite e o quarto nso estava arrumado , perguntei pq, disseram que se nso colocar a pista mandando arrumar eles não fazem , só que na chegada ninguém me deu esta informação, no quarto nso tem tel pra falar com a recepção, e pra completar hoje fui embora mais antes desci 3 andares pq estourou um cano e o elevador foi comprometido , de tudo o café e a moça que cuida maravilhoso é isso

O Hotel está passando por reformas e está ficando muito bom!. Tudo muito limpo e higienizado. O quarto está com boa infraestrutura, com televisão nova. Os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos e cordiais.

Confortável. Ducha por aquecimento não funciona

Primeira vez que me hospedei no hotel. Cheguei no início da noite e os atendentes foram super atenciosos e educados. Fiquei em um quarto no primeiro andar. Quando entrei no quarto estava bem arrumado, limpo e cheiroso. No geral o quarto era bem confortável. O único ponto ruim que encontrei, foi o chuveiro. Não era chuveiro elétrico. Era uma ducha com dois registros quente e frio. Porém não tinha água quente. Como eu sei que esse modelo de ducha às vezes demora para esquentar, principalmente em hotéis dependendo do horário... Deixei a ducha ligada uns 15 minutos, antes de entrar no banho. E mesmo assim infelizmente a água não esquentou. Tive que tomar banho na água gelada. (O que foi o sacrifício porque a noite estava fria 😣). Deixo de sugestão, o hotel colocar chuveiro elétrico em todos os quartos.

Café da Manhã e bom. Funcionários também foram cordiais. Tv não funciona. Nao tem secador no banheiro (arrumaram um na recepção o chuveiro demora uns 10 minutos pra esquentar. O quarto que nós colocaram foi ao lado do semafaro da Avenida weimar...Motos com Turbal e carro de som com força...Não dormimos e já saímos às 6:00 em ponto.

Bom com potencial pra melhorar.

No geral muito bom: quarto espaçoso, Café da manhã muito bom, cama grande e confortável, localização ótima. A limpeza do quarto boa mas acredita que poderia melhorar pois as portas de acesso estavam bem encardidas e o banheiro tinha também um aspecto bem gasto. A pior coisa na minha opinião são os canais de tv pois além da Globo e da Record só há tvs evangélicas e católicas não estando disponível nem mesmo o SBT e a Band (tédio total).
