Staff was great, room with spacious and clean. Hot tub and pool area was very clean and well-maintained. Hot tub water temp was perfect. Breakfast area was kept very clean with plenty of food.

Pretty good

Hotel staff was great, breakfast was great, ammenities were great. Half the lights in the room were burned out or nit working, and the temperature in the room didnt regulate very well. Otherwise, we had a good stay.

Very clean and comfortable room. The bed was as comfortable as any bed I've ever slept in. Property is undergoing renovations, and is still very nice! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent front desk staff both at check in and check out. The kitchen area was A-ONE !!! We enjoyed visiting with the young lady that was keeping things going. Great food, hot and cold as needed. She did a fabulous job!

The staff were great and friendly, the breakfast was good, the pool area was nice. The downside was that they needed to make sure their rooms were completely cleaned. Especially the bathroom, there was a lot of hair on the floor (which the staff was super nice about cleaning it) but then there was soap smeared all over the dispenser in the shower and quite a few pieces of hair in the shower area. The rest of the room was great and seemed pretty clean.

Unfortunately a previous guest stole the iron,tv remote and ice bucket. The staff did their best to replace these items.

I had to wait 10 minutes to check in and didn't get the room I paid for. The front desk person also made a big deal about using "3rd party apps" for booking which was so much harder for them. The person I spoke with two days later was incredibly helpful, though. I appreciated their efficiency at straightening out the room situation and getting me a refund.
