Vacations Close To Double Trouble State Park

The room was clean and nice. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. However the pool was cold like so cold you didn’t want to swim. I got this hotel bc of the pool and my son was shivering after 10 mins in there. It was so cold I couldn’t get in. I paid extra for the breakfast and the check in person didn’t give me a voucher or tell me any information about it. I asked the next day and told them I missed it that first day and didn’t get any compensation for that. The pool room was dirty, dark and old. The shuttle from the airport was convenient coming every 30 mins however on the way to the airport it filled up and we couldn’t go at the time we wanted. We had to wait a half hour. We were there before other people who rushed ahead and got on the van.

Wonderful hotel to stay for any trip. Excellent hotel management, great stuffs, clean environment, nice rooms with nice view, great restaurants in the hotel, and absolutely a great convenient location in Philly. Highly recommended!!!!

Everything was lovely the casino was great the pool area and live Karaoke unexpectedly had an amazing time just one think the hallways smelled like mildew BUT the room didn’t and was spic and span no complaints nice area top golf right across the street and close to the mall

Our first stay at a Lowes Hotel, loved that they took a historic building & transformed it while keeping the historic nature of the property. Our room was lovely, great bathroom fixtures & maintenance. The elevators were a bit slow, but they are also historic. We were in town for America / Freedom 250 not a convention as it seems is the majority of the property. We did not eat at the restaurant but took advantage of the coffee shop which was convenient, well stocked with nice staff members. We are from Arlington TX & have 2 soon 3 Lowes Hotels that we attend events at but have never stayed as they are in our hometown. They are beautiful properties so we knew Philadelphia would be the same.

Amazing hotel in the Rittenhouse / Center City Area. We spent a fabulous 4 days at this hotel during the amazing 250th Independence Day celebrations. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE from going to the Art Museum for the fireworks (35 minutes) to the Old City Liberty Bell / Independence Hall (25 minutes) while perusing amazing architecture - new and old - shops and GREAT restaurants. Sofitel was such an oasis from all the walking with lively bar and lobby, relaxing spacious rooms, and delicious dining options for breakfast / brunch / lunch / afternoon tea / dinner. Superb staff like Muhammad the bellman, he pulls your luggage out while you are checking out. Umbrellas available all the time. Rooms are so clean and cleaned everyday, and oh the Balmain lotions / shampoo / conditioner / body wash - divine!! Love the food & beverage credits allowing you to try out their wonderful food options. We saw other lobbies of other nice hotels, many that were oddly on the second floor, but this lobby was inviting as soon as you step in. And amazing restaurants within a few blocks.

Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean. I asked for extra towels and they were delivered immediately. The only problem I had and I use the term problem loosely. The parking situation was difficult to navigate. The price I was charged was different than what was posted. Signage could be a little better because it’s a busy area with one way streets. I would stay here again and I do recommend this hotel.

It would be nice to know ahead of time that the valet is $70 a night and there are limited parking options

Room was very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful! The location was great for being able to walk around the city center and see all of the sights!
