Very clean & comfortable room! Service desk employee was extremely friendly & helpful. The bed particularly was soft and comfortable with a large tv. The only issue in room 228 was that the air conditioning/heater did not work at all. It had no power but it was cool enough to where we didn’t worry about as we were too tired to deal with it.

Welcoming to pets. Front desk associate at check in wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t even seem to look at the details of my reservations (2 rooms with different room types and 1 with a dog). The bathrooms in the lobby were out of order. There was a dirty wash cloth in our shower and the bathtub was stained/rusty in spots. Thankfully the beds and rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was great other than their juice machine wasn’t working.

Property is a little dated but it is clean, safe, and the staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with a surprisingly good selection of food. I will definitely be back next time I am in Ozark.

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. It a little run down, but fine for a quick overnight stay. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not great, so I had cereal.
