Terrible air conditioning. Staff could not help me with the airconditioning since there is 1 remote for all air conditioning in the entire hotel. Took the measure in own hands and reprogrammed the AC for my own room with my wife. Had a great sleep after figuring the AC out. So thanks but no thanks to the staff.

Das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Das angebotene Fitnessstudio ist leider nicht so gut, billige Geräte. Die Sauna dafür sehr hochwertig! Die Lage ist ja immer subjektiv. Wer es nah zur Innenstadt möchte ist da richtig, das aber auch bedeutet das es sehr laut ist je nachdem ob das Zimmer zur Straße oder zum Innenhof liegt. Ich hatte es leider zur Starßenseite deswegen bin ich regelmäßig durch den Lärm aufgewacht. Das Zimmer war aber sehr hochwertig da würde ich 9 von 10 Punkte geben. Leider wurde mein Auto aufgebrochen da ich in der Seitenstraße neben dem Hotel geparkt habe. Kann also jeden nur empfehlen lieber im Parkhaus zu parken. Die Gegend ist leider nicht gut! Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts !!!
