We asked receptionist about a car parking space and she said there was none available but we could look around we didn’t know where to start luckily a male receptionist told us where there would be one and later we got parked at hotel. We were staying for 6days and on the 4th day there was a party downstairs in a function room just below us we were on the first floor all we heard was boom boom even the bathroom pipes were rattling it went on until 2.45am we had been given no warning, we checked out on the Monday and I told the receptionist we weren’t happy about being kept awake and he apologised. We will not be going back.

Wie immer alles bestens

Wir übernachten circa zwei bis dreimal im Jahr in diesem Hotel, meistens im Rahmen einer Fahrradtour. Sehr praktisch finden wir die Möglichkeit, die Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage unterzustellen, die bequemen Zimmer, die tolle Lage (zum einen am Ruhrtal Radwanderweg, zum anderen nur sehr kurze Strecken in die Innenstadt) und generell die Zimmer Aufteilung, sehr durchdacht. Auch dieses Mal war das Personal wieder sehr nett und hilfsbereit, alles in allem also eine klare Empfehlung.
