Good hotel in great location

The hotel is fine. Good location by the central train station, big and clean rooms. There's no door to the shower so the toilet was wet after every shower. The breakfast has good vegan options. Important to note there is no lobby were you can sit with colleagues it work

A bit outdated interior. Price was hiked due to the Euro Championship. Had to book 2 rooms for 4 persons eventhough One room could easily have fit 2 adults + 2 children. Breakfast buffet was nothing special. But the location was great…

Medium Quality Hotel, but nice big rooms

The room itself was comfortable, large with separate seating area and good desk and workspace, and suited me well for a 4 day work trip. Whilst there is a tea and coffee station at reception, no kettle or cups provided in the room, which irritates me. I dont want to have to get dressed and go downstairs for a hot drink first thing in the morning. Everything else provided was bare minimum basics. The room was generally clean, but the arm of the sofa, where it met the seat back was literally thick with dust. Breakfast was basic but ok - no other options better nearby though.

Een uitstekend hotel op een steenworpafstand van het station en de binnenstad. De locatie is echt super! Het personeelsbestand is uiterst vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ik had de pech dat er in Dortmund een voetbalt was waar zo' 150 Nederlandse pubers aan deelnamen. Die ook allemaal in het hotel verbleven. Die pubers hebben de hele nacht voor overlast gezorgd. Dit toch even aangekaart bij het personeel. Hoewel zij daar ook niks aan kunnen doen hebben ze ons overplaatst naar een luxere kamer op de bovenste verdieping waar die pubers niet verbleven. Het personeel heeft het probleem supergoed opgepakt en opgelost. Hoed af!
