The room was so so so warm! No aircon, which we didn't notice during booking. 4 people in a small room on a warm summer night, was almost too much. Also the extra bed (for the kids - 8 and 10 years old), was very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise the hotel was at a very nice location, close to a cool area with a lot of dining options. The hotel was clean and nice and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a nice part of the city. I enjoyed the choice of breakfast items and eating outside on the terrace. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly. There are renovations going on but not disruptive, noise wise. Just a little grumble about the foam chip pillow. The hotel was in walking distance of the downtown shopping area. There are also a choice of 3 buses from a stop just outside of the hotel. All 3 buses go to the main train station.

This is a 4 Star hotel in Germany, but there are no Air condition in the rooms! We were 16 people and were very disappointed about this on a 4 Star hotel in Germany! Plus, since there are no Air condition in the room, we end up opening the windows and there were lots of noise from outside till 3AM in the morning due to people partying outside! This is very frustrating to see this in Germany! People are smoking right on the main entrance and don’t care that there are people walking into the hotel!

Et fint business-hotel, som overordnet lever op til det, man har brug for på en forretningsrejse. Værelset var pænt, rent og funktionelt indrettet, og sengen var god. Fitnesscentret er dog noget mangelfuldt og lever ikke helt op til forventningerne, hvis man gerne vil træne under opholdet. Til gengæld var personalet super søde, meget imødekommende og tydeligt servicemindede, hvilket trækker oplevelsen klart op. Restaurant og morgenmad var udmærket, og parkeringsforholdene var gode.
