Nice place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

Short stay but very well located. Clean lobby and rooms. Industrial appearance but amazingly nice place. Comfortable room size and nice beds and bathroom. Workout facilities and rooftop bar with food available. Close to train station with shopping and eateries all around. Definitely a repeat if we come back!

The 6th floor bar was really cool - and handy because no other pubs in Dortmund seemed to accept cards. Difficult to think of cons - there's nothing to do on a Sunday but that's not your fault.

Central location with a supermarket just around the corner. Extra benefit is the gym that has a good standard but read on for suggestions. Where I would like to see improvement is the gym. The sports mat are too short and too few. Some desinfection spray for cleaning would have been good. Last, air condition and the it equipment to run spinning classes in the gym was out of order.

Nearly perfect

Lovely hotel, great aesthetic… but I’ve stayed here twice now in 2 different rooms, and the shower floods all over the bathroom floor. I excused it as a one off but there’s clearly inadequate drainage in the showers. The other major issue is the airflow. There’s some sort of air circulation system keeping fresh air flowing around the hotel. In theory that’s great, but in practice it meant there’s a positive air pressure in every room, you can feel it when you open the window, it bursts open as a bunch of air escapes, if you keep the window closed, you can hear air rushing out through the seal. I’ve never experienced anything like this. The main issue is how loud the whole room is, it’s kind of like being in an air tunnel. The air conditioner was absolutely off just to clarify. Hopefully this is something they can rectify because other than that. It really is a great hotel for great value. Great location too.

An sich cooles System. Die Herren an der Anmeldung waren echt toll. Die Zimmer sind „okay“ nicht sauber- aber auch nicht schmutzig. Im Hotelflur lag echt viel Müll(benutzte Taschentücher, getragene Socken), Frühstück ist eine Frechheit für den Preis. Obdachlose direkt vor dem Eingang. Für eine Nacht okay, als Alleinreisende Frau würde ich es nicht machen

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber, das große Fenster in einen hässlichen Innenhof, gewährte guten Einblick in alle anderen Zimmer. Einmal wurde mein Zimmer gar nicht sauber gemacht. Die Lage ist zwar super zentral mitten in der Stadt, aber direkt davor halten sich auch immer viele Obdachlose auf, der Rewe direkt daneben ist echt super assi.

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt. Die Lage ist Mega zentral. Zu Fuß ist die komplette City zu erlaufen. Die U-Bahn Station ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr hervorzuheben ist die coole Dachterrasse mit Live-DJ ab 17 Uhr. Und das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen

Net wat wij willen van een hotel , BASIC en alles aanwezig, geen tralala maar toch zeer milieubewust en modern . Interparking onder het hotel aan spotprijs . Locatie pal in het centrum en door die parking zeer makkelijk te bereiken .

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in diesem Hotel. Personal war sehr freundlich. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist voll in Ordnung. Zentrale Lage mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren drei Nächte im Hotel (Do. - So.) . Während dieser Zeit wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Für das Wochenende ist dies in Ordnung.

Ein super angenehmes Hotel mit super freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Außerdem ein sehr guter Preis für die Lage des Hotels. Super finde ich auch, dass wirklich alles dabei war, was man braucht. Zudem gibt es was es verspricht, wie zum Beispiel die Nachhaltigkeit, indem man eine online Getränkekarte über den QR-Code bekommt, was viel Müll erspart, wenn sich die Preise ändern oder die Karten kaputt gehen
