Cosy atmosphere

This Hotel has a very good restaurant and a decent breakfast It is decorated in the old style and when we stayed it was Easter time and they’d decorated in a cute and playful way There is good room in the rooms and a great, renovated bathroom and nice common areas where you can sit with colleagues We really liked staying here while going to Köln Messe for 3days It could have been a bit cleaner on the floors, whereas the toilets and showers were spot on clean

-Freundliche Mitarbeiter - Grosses Zimmer -Regelmässige Zimmerreinigung - Parkplatz am Haus - Restaurant: sehr lecker und im normalen preislichen Rahmen Leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, - keine Wasserflasche im Zimmer - Fahrstuhl defekt Schön wäre auch, es gäbe ein Infoblatt zu - Frühstückzeiten - Ort - WLAN Zugangsdaten ( Info hing an der Rezeption) - Aus-Check Zeiten Es ist ein in die Jahre gekommens Hotel. Das Badezimmer ist gross und modern. Zugang zur Dusche ist barrierefrei, bringt allerdings wenig, wenn das Zimmer in der 2. Etage ist und der Fahrstuhl defekt ist. Es ist sauber und ruhig. Ich würde wieder dort einchecken.

Absoluter Stand 70er Jahre. Dennoch einigermaßen gepflegt. Service leider nicht zeitgemäß und flexibel. Wünsche hates spielen nicht die Rolle, die einem Preis von 200€ pro Nacht gerecht sein würden.

CheckIn war unfreundlich. Zimmer nicht besonders sauber. WLan funktionierte nur an der Rezeption. Uralte Ausstattung der Zimmer. In einem Zimmer stand ein Fernseher, aber ohne Anschluss. Wegen des fehlenden WLan wurde keine Hilfe angeboten. Insgesamt ein sehr unterdurchschnittliches Hotel.
