“Friendly & helpful staff. Usual problem with this hotel ( stayed last year also) is not enough staff. Rooms clean though small & basic. Front desk staff & restaurant/ bar staff hard working and welcoming. Restaurant food really excellent - wexstayed 4 nights & had dinner there rwice. Room service very disappointing- checked in on Friday & I had to call with reception to get basics replenished on Sunday - towels, loo roll, tea & milk...”

“I paid almost 250 euros for a double room and still didn't include breakfast. Also, the Jakucci wasn't working, the water was cold, and there was nothing they could do. As if that was my problem. When you pay that amount of money, you expect everything to work. At least they could have offered something to compensate, but they didn't. Obviously they didn't care at all. ”

“Depending on how much you pay, this is a good place to stay if looking for somewhere near Donegal Town with parking facility. As a guest house it mainly has classic decor/furniture style and although it feels homely, maintenance needs were evident. Security is relatively basic for a quiet location out of town, particularly room doors operated by key alone. Breakfast service is good as were the staff helpful and welcoming.”
