The rooms are a considerable difference from the check in area. The front desk told me the wrong place to go and we walked around in circles with our luggage asking for directions because it is horribly confusing. After walking around for a minimum of 20 minutes we found the elevator and went to our room. We then can not get in the room because the lock is broke and the neighbor said this has already been reported. Called twice and security came up. After another half an hour mainentence fixed the lock and we got in. From check in to the time we got in the room it was about an hour. We will not be back.

Not a great area, not a great hotel. Would never stay here again. Did not feel safe in or out of the building.
