“Room was clean, staff exceptionally nice, area looked like paradise”

“Beautiful property with the best staff on the planet. Service was truly exceptional. ”

“Best with this hotel is the location. Walking distance to beach. Good breakfast, but dinner there are better options not far away. Clean and well maintained rooms, but no working a/c.”

Supertrevlig personal! Bra pool och bra läge!”

“This property is underrepresented , it’s a well balanced blend of nature and contemporary living , with private pods you could confuse for a mini yatch, the lounges , swimming pools , live entertainment, excursions and yet most important is the most courteous staff , where anything with a possibly of discomfort is met with gentle and expedited resolution that you even forget it happened. The distance from the airport is eclipsed by the shuttle service and revelation of this serene and...

“Excellent location. We had money go missing from our room. Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay. The person who took us to our room gave us no information about the place room wise or resort wise. They talk a good service ethic but as far as I was concerned service was non existent. Overpriced for the standard of the overall experience. To make the stay...

“Great place”

“Beautiful”

“We stayed here for a week with a 1,5 year old, and had the best time. The rooms are great, cool bathrooms, the pool beautiful, and super clean, the staff all super friendly, and everyone knew our daughters name and made the stay super fun for her - especially Rita ♥️ The breakfast ala carte is delicious! Just for information: the rooms only had curtains and not blinds, which did not block sunlight so we woke up with the sun even though our daughter usually sleeps in. And the AC had a little...

“Alles was goed we hadden een top vakantie”

“Its offered as an all inclusive which is not. The only thing you can drink without soda or alcohol is water which is unacceptable. The food is very poor only offering at the buffet unhealthy options such us fries, pizza and hot dogs. The room is a 3 star accommodation not a five star and the service is awful very slow and not giving any solutions to your request. We’ve had many problems such us a door which cannot be closed at the room entering mosquitos and we ‘ve complain at least 8 times in...
