“The photos in the listing are very misleading. You think you are going to this super nice condo, but it's old, dirty - spiderwebs on the ceilings, and cockroaches too. I took my kids to the pool because the photos were so nice. The pool smelled like the river. It. was green and full of algae. Disgusting.”

“I had a terrible experience with this stay. I arrived late and there is no one on the lobby, I keep calling them no answer, knocked the front gate, no answer, about an hour later, I have to go find a other hotel’s at 3 am in a unknown country by myself!!!!! The hotel over called me back or email me for checks in … I try to get the refund and they rejected saying that was my fault and didn’t show up ontime!!! Please please don’t book with them..”

“Honestly have no word. The listing was really nice, but days before the checking was moved to another room. One the checkout day, although the checking process with the owner was good, i was given another different room from what I was told. Room felt like it was someone else else and yeah… i basically checked out same night”

“Nice apartment in a nice building. At first the location seemed off but just around the corner was everything you could need( typical Vietnam). Host was very helpful at the last minute with an extended late check out to accommodate a late flight home.”
