The staff was amazing and very helpful. We arrived at 3 AM and were able to drop our bags off. Giving us the ability to kill time until check in and they were quite considerate enough to let us check in early. The breakfast buffet was great and staff were very friendly. The hotel is centrally located and has a cool view from the pool.

Modern hotel with huge rooms. Friendly staff and reasonable breakfast. It was very good value. The hotel was located a bit in the middle of nowhere, but only 10-15 minute walk to town. Soundproofing could be improved

Definitely a 5-star Hotel

Our room was clean and spacious although we would have preferred 1 queen bed. We like that they provided rubber slippers instead of the cloth ones and their wifi has a fast connection. They also assisted us for our luggages from when we arrived until checking out.The free buffet breakfast was really nice, there were many Vietnamese dish selections so we were excited to try them all and they taste very good!

Stayed here for 3 nights while doing a couple of day trips to the national park. Room (king suite) was extremely spacious and well appointed. We were on the 10th floor and on floor 15 there is a karaoke bar and it was like they were singing in our room. The good news was it shut down early.

Great hotel if you are there for a short stay and Phang Nga tour. Close to train station, airport and the place was spotless. My room was spacious and beautiful. Thanh was very helpful at the restaurant and portion are huge and food was great

Although it isn't a biggie, some of the products promised weren't delivered on, e.g. no welcome drinks. Cold coffee on both mornings we were there, breakfast was good but not fantastic. Seperate towls not supplied automatically for the pool but were delived promptly when asked for. Pool was small and very refreshing(colder than most). Very clean but quite noisy in the morning with garden music coming up to our room. Remote had flat batteries so we got one given to us from another room again promptly. Walking options around the hotel a bit limited so be ready to taxi or grab. Good for a couple of nights.

Nice overall stay, breakfast a slight minus

We had a nice stay at this hotel with a spacious and modern room. The breakfast was very Asian orientated, so only a few choices for continental. We didn't mind that, however the coffe was really bad one day and undrinkable the next morning. And that after two weeks in Vietnam, knowing that the coffee is different from the European.

This hotel is next to a park that has some exercise equipments. We went for a walk before 6am and there were already quite a few locals out there. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big.
