We were made very welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. The room was lovely and clean and cleaned every day. The food was amazing and so much choice. Wonderful accommodation with all the amenities. Super clean and looks like all newly updated.We picked the key up at the pub and had dinner while we were there. Great food and drinks. Nice stay and would recommend.

We are fans of Hope Street so we're excited to stay here. The town centre is minutes away and the hotel faces the harbour. We were in room 1 on the second floor. It was beautiful, large and had wonderful views of the harbour just across the street. Staff were extremely friendly and breakfast and dinner very good

Lovely warm and friendly welcome on the Saturday, Sunday breakfast staff not as friendly or speedy. (My breakfast was cold). Room was cute, clean and had everything we need, shower was hot, (toilet seat very wobbly.) Would stay again, good location, great views and value.
