Great property close to public transportation. Staff was great the room was nice and large. We stayed in a Jr suite. Breakfast was good, but a little overpriced. $25. Euros per person. It was nice they had a gym and a bar ! And the mini bar in the room. There was a grocery store right across the street for easy food options !great experience I would highly recommend the hotel !

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Wien. The room was spotless. The staff were so helpful. The location was unbeatable. I had lunch here on my last day, and it was delicious. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Would recommend it wholeheartedly and would definitely stay here again on my return to Vienna. Thank you.

The hotel is very conveniently located within the city very close to major transit lines. It features a modern and chic design aesthetic that was nice to come back to each evening. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay

Service was great, room was spotless, pizza at their bar was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was that the bed was room and creaked really loud if you even moved an inch.

I stayed 4 nights with my mom, we had requested a twin room but had been given a double room. However the staff was extremely helpful and helped us change to a twin room. The rooms were very spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. However, there was no telephone in the room, we had to walk down to the lobby to ask for things. As for cleanliness, overall it looked clean. However, we saw a few tiny ants crawling in the bathroom. Overall the stay was comfortable and the location of the hotel was great, all within walking distance or close to a metro.

When I entered the room, I found a used bottle of sparkling water and noticed that some items had already been taken from the minibar. I also found leftover food inside the minibar, which suggests that the room had not been properly checked and cleaned before my arrival. Expedia indicates that there is a gym facility in the hotel. However, I was told that I had to pay Euro 12 per day to use a gym in the neighborhood. During my stay, the towels were not changed every day, and the sparkling water was not replenished. The hotel also does not provide any complimentary welcome drinks or coffee. Overall, there is little positive to say about the hotel’s hospitality, apart from the reception staff, who were very welcoming and friendly. It would be a nice improvement to offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, as this would provide guests with a more welcoming experience.
