Cleaning of the room was very inconsistent, some days you got toilet roll some days you didn’t. One day we didn’t get any teabags or coffee. I phoned reception and was asked to come and get the coffee, I explained I’d been at the GP all day and was exhausted so could it be delivered. They would only deliver with a charge!

Staff is great. Very rare to have all hotel staff to be very helpful and always with a smile. The room is specious and very clean. Breakfast food had variety of hot and cold options, everything was tasty. Special thanks to Charona who helped us at the front desk on arrival and to Tess who helped us on the departure. Both were tentative and with a smile.
I loved this hotel as a package. I couldn’t fault it any part of my stay. I will definitely stay here again.
