のんびりするにはいいホテルです

空港から40分市街地からも離れておりゆったりと過ごすには最適の場所です。 私たちが訪れたのは閑散期で朝夕のヨガと瞑想はありましたがTao施設独特のヨガと瞑想でした。また食事はビュッフェと聞いてましたがオーダー制で一般的なタイ料理や中華系の料理で食べやすい味でした。 　周りにカフェなどもないですがプールやスチームサウナを楽しむことができます。ただ室内プールは壊れており屋外のプールが使用可能で埃のようなものが底に沈んでおりなんとない気分でした。スチームサウナは朝昼各2時間しか使用出来ませんのでご注意ください。

閑散期は避けるべき

口コミやブログ等で、『施設自体に年季が入っており、リゾート感はないがオーガニックの食事が美味しい』と目にし、食事とマッサージ目当てで訪れました。 到着後『今はゲストが少なく閑散期だ』と告げられました。いつが閑散期に該当するのかは分かりませんが... 閑散期だと食事はメニューから各自選ぶアラカルト形式です。だだ、"ヘルススパ&リゾート"のはずなのに、食事はいたって普通のタイ料理。 野菜もサラダや蒸し野菜等はなく、炒め物だけです。 『これが果たして本当に身体に良いのだろうか？』と頭を捻らずにはいられませんでした。 朝食は特に悲惨です。チェンマイであれば一泊3000円位の宿であってもこのあたりのメニューは提供してくると思います。 （私が宿泊した際1泊14000円ほどでした） また、朝と夜にフリーのエクササイズのクラスがあるとのことでしたが、ゲストの数が少ないため夜のクラスは無しとのこと。 こちらも参加したいと思っていたため残念でした。 繁忙期に滞在したらまた違った印象を受けるかもしれませんが、私の感想としては『来る価値はなかった』の一言に尽きます。 トリートメントはまた別料金ですし、高級な街スパと同程度の値段はしますので、よほど受けたいメニューがある以外は他でもいいかなと。 チネイザン含め4つのトリートメントを受けましたが、特筆すべきものはありませんでした。 チネイザン等の技術を取得するため勉強で訪れる、という目的であればいいのかもしれませんが、休暇で訪れるのにはオススメ出来ません。 何より、予約する際はまず"閑散期か否か"を確認すべきだと思います。それによって評価がかなり変わるのではないでしょうか。

The staff were so kind from the start since I arrived in the morning. They took care of everything and were so courteous! The pool was awesome! The gym was a bit dated and some equipment wasn't working, but you really only need weights. The food was amazing as expected with choices for vegetarian. My only wish is if they would serve more noodles. I also loved the juice bar. The campus was paradise, especially at night. I would love to come back another time!

Wunderschöner Garten. Sehr wenig Besucher, da off-season. Das Essen in Buffetform war jeden Tag eine wunderbare Überraschung. Super leicht bekömmlich, vitaminreich und frisch. Gute und erfahrene Lehrer für die tägliche Qigong Praxis. Sehr sehr professionell

宇宙と繋がる聖地

フロントでも、日本語のわかるスタッフがいなくて残念でした。太極拳や瞑想も英語がわからないと、理解度が半減でした。 英語堪能であれば、世界中にお友達が、できます。ほとんど方は1人旅でした。円卓を囲む三度の食事で、みなさん和気あいあいと楽しそうでした。 食事もサイコーです。オーガニックの野菜と果物が中心です。ハーブティも素晴らしい！ 是非また訪れたい聖地です。

緑の多いDetox Retreat

Tao思想に基づくプログラムが各種揃ったデトックスの為の施設です。 宿泊設備やレストランなどは、とてもシンプルで、必要最低限のものが清潔に置かれているので、東南アジアのリゾート地にあるような5つ星ホテルのゴージャスさを求めている場合は最適ではないと思います。デトックスを目的とした旅の場合は、このくらいシンプルでも快適に過ごせるように思います。 食事は少し味が濃い目で、中華料理的なメニューが多いですが、とても美味しく、豆乳や黒・赤米、パパイヤなどデトックスの為のそれぞれの施術前後に効果を高めてくれるようなものがたくさん用意されていて、とてもよかったです。滞在中は3食付いているので、毎回このレストランで食事をしましたが、不思議と飽きることが無かったです。 今回、2度目の滞在でしたが、1回目の滞在よりも施設やプログラムを楽しむことができました。また、デトックスに行きたいと思いました。

泊まらずに、外来利用がベスト

施設は20年を経ていて、くたびれた印象。室内もゲストハウスレベルで快適さには程遠い。 従業員にはホスピタリティがなく、中華系独特の冷たい感じがして心地よくはない。 ただ、医療的なプログラムはかなりレベルが高いため、お金を出す価値はある。私はチネイザン を受けたが、非常によかった。チェンマイの市街から車で45分、送迎は往復ともすべて自費 （６５０バーツ）である。レストランは、ビュッフェ・スタイルであるが、最初に提供した料理 が無くなっても、一切補充しないので、結局、主菜はあまり食べることができなかった。料理の 一品一品のレベルは高くない。チェンマイ市内のビーガン系レストランの方が、断然レベルは高い。 総じてコスパが低い。一泊の宿泊料と送迎の交通費を考えると、快適なホテルに泊まり、施術のため だけにあらかじめ電話予約して行くのが、ここの使い方だと思う。

リラックス&デトックスの旅

初めての女一人旅で訪問。欧米の方が多くて、食事の時は誰かしら声を掛けてくれて一緒に食べたり、色んな方とお話出来てとっても良い旅の出会いとなった。チネイザンや腸内洗浄などデトックスしながらプールサイドでうたた寝したり、夕日を見ながら黄昏たり良い時間を過ごせた。ここの食事は野菜中心でヘルシーながら、すっごく美味しい。ついつい食べ過ぎてしまうほど…そこだけは注意かも笑。

クリニックやスパのレベルが高く、食事も大満足です。

自分を見つめ直す良い時間を得られます。 まず、部屋のタイプはタウンスタイル（二階建てですごく広く素敵です。レセプションやレストランに近い）とコンドミニアムタイプ（アパートタイプです。コンドといってもキッチンなどはありません）今回、スタンダードシングルに滞在しましたが、十分に広く快適です。リノベーションされているのか壁などもとてもきれいです。 部屋によりインテリアや部屋の構造がちがっていて、私の部屋はセキュリティボックスがありませんでしたが、友人の部屋にはありました。レセプションでも貴重品は預けることはできます。 スパは本当に素晴らしいです。施術をうける部屋はすべて個室で、清潔です。各部屋にトイレもあります。 食事も最高です。朝8-10、昼12-14、夜18-20好きな時間に好きなものを好きなだけいただけます。野菜、果物が豊富です。ベジタリアンミールではないですが、とてもヘルシーです。飲み物は数種のハーブティーと主はジンジャーティーです。

Wunderschöne Gartenanlage

Wer die Ruhe sucht und etwas für seine Gesundheit machen möchte hat hier die beste Gelegenheit. Die Anlage ist nichts für Leute die den Glamour suchen. Man kommt schnell in Kontakt zu anderen Leuten aus allen Ländern, die allerdings ein wenig alternativ, esoterisch eingestellt sind.

The accommodation is over-priced. The 3 included meals per day is good. The price should be about $110-120/day. The rooms are fairly old and some are too dark and cold, with no sunlight coming in for drying washed clothing. Noise carries up from the roadway along the front.

2014.11.25~3泊しました。 たくさん施術も受け、合計で9万円弱の利用です。 施設全体としては素晴らしかったです。 良かった点 ・料理と朝・昼・晩と毎回変わるフレッシュジュースもとても美味しくオーガニックなモノをいただけました。 ・そこここにデトックスティーや生姜茶が置いてあり、もちろん無料でいつでも飲めること。 ・無料で使えるプール&ハーブのスチームサウナが気持ち良く、毎日利用しました。 ・朝の無料参加のタオエクササイズが楽しかったです。 ・緑がいっぱいの施設の環境と静かさ ・充実した施術プログラムとオーラ診断やネイザン系マッサージはさすがのクオリティでした。 (行く前に、臓器や病気の症状などの英単語をおさらいして行けばもっと理解が深まったようです) ・スタッフのフレンドリーで親切な応対 ・宿泊客のほとんどが落ち着いた大人 ・広いバスタブが付いていた。 ・至るところに自転車が置いてあり、自由に使える。 などです。 改善できる点 ・チェンマイで1泊1万2000円というと、そこそこの高級ホテルの価格ですが、高級ホテルほどの部屋ではなかった。 ・シャワーを長く使うとお湯がヌルくなる。 ・清掃後、タオルやスリッパ、トイレットペーパー、その他アメニティの補充漏れがチラホラある。 小さいことですが、いちいち電話して持って来られたり取りに行ったりが面倒。 ・食事は3食ともブッフェですが、2時間の指定時間の後半に行くといつも2~3品の料理がなくなっていて補充が無かったり、遅すぎたり。 まあ、タイっぽいというところでしょうか？ 全体としては、来年は頑張って1週間居たいなーと思っています！

Das Klinikhotel, eine gute Sache. Die Klinik hat mich beeindruckt, kompetent und mit einem straffen Programm. Das Hotel hätte eine Renovation nötig, die Zimmer sind gut aber bescheiden. Wenn man mit dem Ziel, das Klinikangebot zu nutzen, hier absteigt stimmt das Angebot, die Verpflegung "Vollpensoin" ist auf das Klinikangebot abgestimmt, einfach und gesund. Ruhige Lage, bestens geeignet zum abschalten und erholen.
