6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I liked that staff was very pleasant and changed towels and sheets more frequently than other hotels. This I appreciated as I am immunosuppressed. The biggest issue I had was the banging going on upstairs. It was like they were doing construction/remodeling throughout the late evening till around 1am. Very bizarre but also did not ask whaty this was occurring.

Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The help was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and large. The breakfast was standard hotel fare. Wish some hotels could upgrade this but they are all the same.

Disliked: Staff & service
Largest problem was cleaning staff did walk into our room without knocking on our 2nd day. Eggs were inedible on our second day. Staff in the dining area were cheerful and allowed us to stay in the breakfast area past 9 am. We enjoyed our stay, the hair dryer in one of our rooms did not work which was a pain as we stayed at this hotel for the pool and little girls need their hair dried before bed.
