Convenient parking. Property was clean, but the pool was closed. We booked at this hotel specifically for the pool, so that was disappointing. We were given a small discount for the inconvenience. They could use some dress code standards. The young man who worked the front desk wore an old, dirty hooded sweatshirt. He was friendly enough, but his appearance didn't set a very good standard for the property.

OVERALL STAY WAS GOOD HAD GRANDKIDS WITH US INDOOR POL WAS OPEN BUT FREEZING COLD NOT SURE IF IT WAS SUPOSED TO BE HEATED OR NOT.

I had a one night stay and the room was clean and comfortable. in the night there was a rain storm, when I woke up the next morning, I found water on the AC unit caused from a leaky window. This was concerning due to potential fire hazard. Room 200.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Room phone did not work. In the morning we discovered the showervhad no water at all, so after about 20 minutes manager allowed us to use another room’s shower. Most inconvenient, but the manager did the best she could.

Not everyone likes green and red peppers in their omelets and potatoes. Many of the bananas had two inch slits in them and there were fruit flies. Also, when we left, we were not able to find a luggage cart. Suggest they get more carts.

Every ice machine I checked was broken wand leaking on the floor. There was no drinks in any of the soda machine’s. Staff was all friendly. Very clean other wise. The girl serving breakfast was kinda rude I asked if they had salsa and she was very rude about it.

Watch out for the surprise charges!!

The hotel was great, the surprise charges were not!!! We alway check for pet friendly and the web site said yes. We checked in no problem, we went to check out and the very unfriendly girl at the front desk said we are changing you a$50 pet fee!! I said when we checked in there was nothing said about this or on the web site. She was very snotty and rude. If there is a charge put it on the web site, and on this site. If you have pets I do not recommend this hotel. And I will never stay there again.

We have stayed at this property several times in the past. This stay was surprisingly disappointing. There were several good points; the staff was very friendly and the managers reception (free lasagna) was a nice surprise. Unfortunately that’s where the good ends. The beds were rock hard, pillows felt old and dirty. No hot water. At all. Rooms were loud, could hear neighbors all night. Pool was beyond freezing. Breakfast was gone when we arrived at 8am. Bummer as this has been our ‘go-to’ as a layover when driving cross-country to see family for some time. Won’t be staying at this Hampton again.

The property was perfect. But the pool did not work and that was the reason i chose this hotel. I fewl it should not be allowed to chose a hotel if the pool choice was picked, but the pool is turned off.

The staff at the front desk were all friendly and helpful. Some comments for improvement: Room 422 1.There was a big gap on the lower left side of the hallway door frame. 2.The free breakfast was beyond bad. Staff were in the back talking while the stations were empty. We went to breakfast at 8:30 AM. The bread, bagels and muffins were empty. The 'omelets' were like rubber. You can do better.
