“The accommodation was great, with a separate living/kitchenette area, It was well equipped and comfortable. The garden was also lovely. The only negative was loud knocking sounds from the plumbing in the neighbouring room which seemed to happen whenever the occupant used any water but hopefully this may be easily remedied. The location suited my travel needs and was a good place to stay - thanks.”

“Breakfast was really good, staff were all very nice and helpful. Our room was very tired looking and needs modernising, if not a least fresh paint, carpet, curtains, linen. Our cold water tap didn't work. I told reception and asked for additional water, which they agreed but we didn't receive any. The shower was over the bath, and didn't work well, one minute you would get a blast of cold water and the next really hot. Bathroom definitely needs to be updated. The pool was good, however...

“Our room looked out to the cathedral. It was spacious, a great bathroom with shower, and a copper bath in the bedroom. Staff here are outstanding, and Ely itself is compact, picturesque and very interesting indeed. Fabulous location to explore everywhere on foot, no vehicle required !”

“Clean, central location, very comfortable and excellent breakfast - I wouldn’t look anywhere else for another stay in St Ives should I return”
