First and foremost the hotel has no air conditioning in May! We had hardly any sleep and when we ate in communal areas we were sweating! The rooms were cleaned daily - no complaints The beach and pools were brilliant But the lack of air conditioning really spoiled the whole holiday A special mention to Walid - on the reception desk - his customer service skills were superb. The man in the shisha cafe was also friendly. Everyone else lacked customer service skillls!!

Les seuls bémols : discothèque le soir vide , musique à revoir et différence de traitement du personnel de restauration /café et bar en fonction de la somme des pourboires que vous laissez .
