No one at check-in and wasn’t apologetic about my waiting for check-in. Third floor room, 302, was noisy, lots of popping by the front door. Had no idea what was causing the sounds.

It was very clean and breakfast was good. The general manager was excellent as there was some miscommunication. He resolved the issue. I appreciated his demeanor , which was kind and I could see his goal was to give great customer service…. Much appreciated that!!

While the room itself was fine, with the exception of a dirty toilet in my room upon arrival, there were several hotel management issues. I was double charged for my stay. The breakfast, which was supposed to start at 6am, was not ready when I arrived in the dining room at 6:15am. The elevator broke down the evening while I was there, and no signage was put up near the elevators to advise guests that it wasn't working. Even the next morning, no signage and it still wasn't working

So disappointed

Not a great experience. This was my second time here and it was nothing like the first time. Checked in on a Friday at midnight…had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes until someone came to the desk to help me. She was nowhere to be found. I knocked on employees only doors but no one was there. My room wasn’t cleaned until my 4th day! They said they forgot to put me on the list. They said to put my take out food out in the hall and they would at least come grab it…12 hours later it was still there! The GM is nice but doesn’t seem vested or concerned. We stayed 5 nights and received 25% off our last night. It’s a bummer. I come to Dixon frequently and there aren’t other suitable options…however I won’t be back to Tru

Very clean and well maintained. This brand seems to want to provide a nice experience with lesser quality goods. (Towels, paper products) Unfortunately, there is no sound barrier within the building-you can hear every sound coming from the hallway and nearby rooms. They also seemed to be having a rough morning for breakfast-pancake machine wasn't working, toaster was malfunctioning, the yogurt toppings were either empty or from the previous day (rock hard brown sugar) Hopefully a one-off. I also woke with a very sore back which is unusual-can't say for certain it was their mattress. I'd give this hotel another stay to confirm/deny the issues we experienced, but be more prepared for the sound issues.
