We stayed for two nights. I want to express my appreciation to the general manager of the hotel, for his able assistance in resolving a change of service request I had for Hotels.com. While the Hotels.com AI was very frustrating and difficult to communicate with regarding my issue (it was a nightmare), the hotel manager was extremely helpful and the mission was accomplished. The hotel was very clean, we had a restful stay, and the folks working there were very kind.

The room was not clean. The light outside our room was bright and showed all around our drapes. The internet was sporadically working. The plastic container we had for ice leaked and they could not give me another one!!! The breakfast was pathetic. The staff were nice but not well trained. I think I deserve my money refunded!!

Pleasant Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, which made us feel very welcome. Our room could use a few updates, but overall, it was comfortable and pleasant. The location was perfect—right off the highway and within walking distance of a nice restaurant across the parking lot. We’d happily stay here again.

Beds were comfy, room was nice for the price. We arrived on a frigid night and it was super warm :) Enjoyed breakfast next door at A's restaurant and it was delicious.

The bed was comfortable. Room was Hot air conditioning was off . Chair had mutiple stains . Bathroom old and stained yellow. Furniture scratched up. Room key had to be reprogrammed. No elevators. Had to go to front desk to pick up the only iron and board available. Wont stay again,pay a little more and get a better hotel.
