Rude frint desk lady šŸ˜¤

The main lady at front desk during daytime was rude after her housekeeper skipped us and didnt put up do not disturb sign so they would come in yet ran laundry down right afte rhse passed me up and that lady was flat out rude already was nit friendly nr welcoming/helpfuland had to fule disut3s with bank to get th stupid 50$ deposits back just ridiculous...... but the younger male at night was actually super kind friendly and extremely helpful especially with tv remote not working he spent 3hrs to fix it and called in help even he was super and very accommodating if not for the female i would have rated higher they should lose her keep him and thungs would be perfect for guests then!!

Itā€™s a fine room for the night, which is why we use it. We have friends near that have a home where we stay during day/evening and go to hotel to sleep. The only issue is that my mom was with us. Sheā€™s short. She couldnā€™t get into the bed-it was too high. Luckily, I had a step in my car and she used it to get into/out of bed. Sheā€™s 4ā€™11ā€. If you are 5ā€™ and under you will have an issue with the beds. Iā€™m 5ā€™7ā€ and had no issues.

We couldnā€™t get pop machines to work late at night the clerk came out to help us!! Thank you cause it was too cold to walk across the street to gas station with a lil one.

We have been renting suites for the last couple years for the comfort. This had no comfortable place to sit. Only 2 hard back chairs. Also the shower was dirty, the coffee maker was missing pieces, (so didnā€™t work). But the bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was clean.

I was so tired and just looked forward to showering and laying down for the night. The towels were dirty and used and the shower did not get hot. They manager did bring clean towels and the bed was clean and comfortable, thats bout the only good. For $114 for one night im extremely disappointed and will not stay here again.

comfortable and clean room, bad breakfast.

The hotel had reasonable rates. The rom was on the 2nd floor. It was clean and beds comfortable. There is internet and a tv and had a refrigerator and a 1 c. coffee maker. there was no tea or decaf coffee in room and only one stir stick and napkin with spoon. No shampoo or conditioner in room and only 1 bar of soap. Breakfast available but was awful. only one table in lobby and many boxes sitting around.

Property only gave 1 large towel & 1 soap. Property has become run down, smells like smoke. No breakfast treats in the morning & the bench outside has been removed so you can no longer sit outside.

Extremely disappointing

I had 4 rooms for a business trip with a group of teenagers and it was extremely disappointing. Boogers smeared on the wall, dead flies on the lampshades, piles of actual dirt and dust in the corners, hair in the ā€œcleanā€ sheets on the bed. It was dirty and extremely embarrassing for me. If we had another option we wouldve left immediately. Iā€™ve had decent Super 8 experiences before. This was incredibly disgusting.

Lucky if you can shower.

We were only there one night to sleep and shower in the morning. There were cracks behind the door front the knob hitting it even with a plate behind it. Woke up to shower and turned on the tub which had amazing water pressure and pulled the knob for the shower and it dripped out of the shower head. Tried to turn the settings on the shower and nothing. So, we had to leave without showering. When we checked out we mentioned it to the person working the desk and she asked what I wanted her to do about it. No apologies nothing. I will not stay again.

Do not waste your money here!

Bad from the beginning! There was no one at the front desk the first time I tried to check in. Instead of waiting, I went to a local store to pick up some basic food supplies and came back. When I came back, someone was finally there to actually check me in. There was no soap or shower curtain in the room. The sink was cracked. I couldnā€™t get the TV to turn on for 20 minutes. And the room was dirty. Do not waste your money here!
