“A Casa de Paulo Autran is a magical guesthouse in the heart of Paraty. The house is beautiful and comfortable, with everything you need and more. The best part wasn’t the incredible breakfast or tasting some local cachaça at night, but our host Patricia who shared her knowledge and love for this town. She arranged everything for us, all transportation, a private boat trip and a wonderful visit to Fazenda Bananal. She was absolutely wonderful and we hope to be back someday soon. ”

“Good location; breakfast was good enough. ”

“There was really nothing wrong with the room itself. Very simple and small. The place is insanely noisy. We arrived at night and within two hours we were ready to leave. The music from the beach bars is insanely loud and is blaring until 2 am. Then the construction started at 6 am with hammering and power tooks at the adjacent building. “Everything was great about this Pousada. The food was amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful and always greeting us with a smile. The room was clean and on the smaller side, but honestly, it had everything we needed. When you are visiting a town as beautiful as Paraty, you don't spend your time sitting in the room anyway! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.”
