“Front desk always open to fix issues”

“ My stay here exceeded very expection from moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful, secure, and professionally managed. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and designed for true comfort. I slept perfectly and woke up refreshed. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the welcoming environment. This is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to experience comfort and peace. I will absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and...

“The receptionist and cleaning staff were very good and helpful. I will definitely stay there again”

“not good , not recommend.”

“there was not one at the property for late arrival and took forever to refund”

“The place is very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There is only one air conditioner in the main bedroom, and there isn't one in the living room. However, there is a portable fan, so it never felt too hot. The staff are a bit unfriendly, but that's something I could overlook. The biggest downside is the Wi-Fi. It disconnects so frequently that it's almost unusable. This is definitely something that needs to be improved.”

“Property is a shared rooming house with little space for anything. Non of the listed amenities is on the property. I attempted to contact owner and he asked me to come back next day.”

“De tok imot min bestillingen selv om de hadde ikke noe ledig plass , de sendte meg til annen plass , som har dårlig hygiene, hadde ikke varm vann ,veldig mye bråk”

“The Host was very helpful. He came to pick me up from the airport and this was very useful. The house is in a good location very close to the KCC which was very useful to me. The house was relatively clean and comfortable except for a few quickly addressed challenges. However, the place needs a fan especially when the weather is a bit warm. I would stay here again if I find myself in Kigali. ”

“We had a terrible experience with this place! 1. We had NO WiFi for the entire stay; we had to purchase our own wireless modem from MTN for 45000 FRW ($35). We should be refunded for this! 2. We found ants in the apartment and we reported it, but it took the staff 2 DAYS to finally do something about it! 3. We found the apartment missing kitchen utensils (no plate, no forks, no spoons); we complained several times and we were finally given these items on day 4! 4. The trash bin was not...
