“Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.”

“Very tidy property with lovely welcoming staff”

“I recommend anyone visiting to rent this property ”

“This place is beautiful the grounds are amazing the pool is amazing and was a great host would recommend it to anyone couldn’t say a bad word about it stayed aug 26”

“事前のチェックイン情報とかなり異なり、入室に手間取った（エントランスの開け方など）。また、共用部のジムも使用可となっていたが、テンポラリーでの宿泊者は使用できず、こちらも説明と違った。部屋もシーツが汚く、不衛生だった。残念ながら再度泊まりたいとは思わない。”

“The room was nothing like the photos, not even close. The apartment was old, worn down, and poorly maintained. The mattresses were stained, the floors and tables were damaged, and the couch was broken with a large hole in it. The room also had a bad odor and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. When we arrived into the room, someone was still doing laundry in the unit. Later, a cleaning staff member knocked on the door, stopped the laundry, and told us to leave the...

“Worst room ever. 1st night left right after checkin, returned late. Too tired and late to change the room so cleaned the floor ants and slept. 2nd night woke up at 6am with ants crawling in the bed. Packed up and checked out the room by 8am 3rd night not refunded from the hotel Details) Location was wrong. 12minutes walk from the reservation address. Different Tower and hotel name. Check in delayed by 1 hour. Keys were not ready. Even with delayed check-in the room was in a dirty...

“The steps in duplex room are very steep and no hand rail the ceiling in bedroom was very low, you cannot stand up. Tidy enough but ants in room. Area ok very quiet and walkable to restaurants and bars on riverfront, the shop we found was 15 min walk. Fine for a quiet start after long haul flight but would advise go for a larger room. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“It can be challenging to find a good hotel in Vietnam, Wink delivers on its promises every time. This was my second stay at a wink hotel and while not the cheapest, the peace of mind is worth every penny. The rooms look exactly like the pictures, spotlessly clean, breakfast included both modern Vietnamese and western options. Will stay there any and everytime I'm in Vietnam”

“Nice clean hotel but very few shops and restaurants nearby”

“Terrible service and completely unprofessional handling of the situation. Another guest had the passcode to our apartment and was able to open the door while we were inside. This was a serious privacy and security issue. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, This is absolutely not the level of service or security we expected, and we are very disappointed with how the agency handled the situation.”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was nothing like the photos shown online. Everything looked old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The bed sheets, blankets, towels, and furniture appeared unclean, making the room feel uncomfortable and unhygienic”

“No staff at check in - had difficulty finding the room because the address listed on hotels.com did not match the address they emailed us for check in. They LIED about free airport shuttle that they listed in the hotels.com - shuttle extra money - called them and showed them a photo from hotels.com offering free shuttle- they just stayed NO —- LIED also about time from airport was 18 min —— NO - it’s was 40minutes each way- TERRIBLE ”

“Such a beautiful house. The housekeeper especially was helpful. We didn’t have access to the swimming pool, however. It was actually down the road half a kilo, and the passes they provided us didn’t work. The house had everything we needed. The only unexpected thing was that they asked for a deposit when we showed up and they wanted us to pay cash, but this wasn’t too hard to accommodate. Other than that, it was such a lovely stay close to shops and stuff and nice and private. I would...

“Good service ”
