“This is a dodgy shadow operator who will likely cancel your booking last-minute for someone paying a better rate, leaving you stranded or attempting to move you to a different building without notice while giving changing and ridiculous reasons for the cancellation. Exactly what happened to me and they will insist to speak to you outside of the hotels. com app to avoid scrutiny. Don’t risk this booking. Be cautious and avoid that listing at all costs!”

“部屋は古い、洗濯機も壊れていた。”

“Communication was good with host. Apartment was clean and had a magnificent view (20th floor). Easy check in with code. Everything worked well and new appliances. The problem is that the apartment was NOT the one listed and nothing like on pictures. No night tables and no decoration. The worst part is that it was with a rooftop pool but the pool is closed for many years now. This part was very disappointing, the rest was good. ”

“Worn off condo in good location if you need city center. Location is the only good thing about it. Leaking facet, electrical outages, shades that fall of from their rails. This apartment needs renovation that should have been done about 10 years ago. Showers do not feel clean enough, old but working A/C. No prostitution signs on doors inside… Stay away if you have better options.”

“Nice apartment in a nice building. At first the location seemed off but just around the corner was everything you could need( typical Vietnam). Host was very helpful at the last minute with an extended late check out to accommodate a late flight home.”

“The photos in the listing are very misleading. You think you are going to this super nice condo, but it's old, dirty - spiderwebs on the ceilings, and cockroaches too. I took my kids to the pool because the photos were so nice. The pool smelled like the river. It. was green and full of algae. Disgusting.”
