“The rooms are very small. Not properly lit. Not suitable for couples. Has no dining options. No room service of any sort. They didn't even have drinking water”

“This is a top notch hotel as far as facilities now that the renovation is over, but there are others hotels like that. What makes this place special are the people that work there - everyone. From reception, to the concierge, to the restaurant personnel, to management, the service is personalized, smooth, discrete and non-intrusive. You really feel like home, and employees make an effort to anticipate your needs and desires. Outstanding.”
