“The apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable and clean. However, something could be better: the walls were stained, only three chairs but one was broken, washing machine was out of order, no wall clothes rack and few dishes and cutlery. Good position in a quiet neighbourhood, not so far to the centre, very useful parking behind the building and shops nearly.”

“Lovely apartment in Royal William yard, easy check in process. Lots of lovely eateries near by. The apartment is beautiful, the bed super comfy, the whole place warm and cosy. As in the description there are no curtains or blinds at the windows due to planning regulations - so if you're a light sleeper take an eye mask. The stairs up to be mezzanine bedroom are narrow and steep, not a problem for us but could potentially be difficult.”

“Very basic accommodation in need of a complete redecoration/refit. Upstairs bathroom shower waste was blocked caused a small flood. Flat above an off licence, in a dreary street. OK for one night if passing though.”

Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. “Apartment was really nice. Clean, great views, comfortable beds, fresh milk in the fridge. Unfortunately we were greeted by a very rude man who made the check in process very awkward which was a great start. ”

“The RWY is a beautiful spot and you can easily take the ferry from there to Cremyll (Cornwall) or round to Barbican which opens up access to all the different ferries and tours. The apartment was really good but some things needs to be attended to, the dryer option on the washing machine kept error in out so all clothes had to be hung on the clothes rack to dry, not the end of the world but inconvenient. The oven door isn’t closing properly so lets a great deal of heat out and the extractor fan...

“Was perfect location - 10 mins walking to town and 20 mins to the beaches. Lovely, clean, spacious and equipped with good views. Please note very steep hill to walk back”
