“I liked the sound girl Maria who welcomed us, She said there was free coffee and Maria was very kind and informed us of details. A continental breakfast was not available however Maria said coffee /toast served at 8:30 was free, however ,we had to pay 5 euros for that. I informed them I did have a service animal which they accepted with paperwork which I presented to them at check in, yet at check out the manager informed me it would be better to find a hotel which accepts dogs.
