“Es un hotel muy tranquilo, cerca de la estación de tren se llega a pie, lo están remodelando pero no tuvimos nada de ruido y la verdad está quedando muy bien. Lo único que no me agradó mucho es que el check-in es tarde, podría ser más temprano y además dijeron que no tenían lugar para resguardar las maletas y tuvimos que esperar la hora del check in”

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und für jeden was dabei. Das gesamte Hotel ist stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war überraschend groß und sehr sauber. “Lo que más me molestó es el servicio, necesitaba reservar un taxi para ir al aeropuerto. Lo intenté reservar en la noche anterior y me dijeron que no hacía falta que les avisara 5 minutos antes y el taxi estaría en 5 minutos. En la mañana estuve esperando casi 30 minutos cuando tenía que coger un vuelo y no tenía certeza de cuando podría llegar. No cogían el teléfono y luego tardó bastante el taxi. Estrés innecesario cuando se podría haber evitado.”

“This was a lovely hotel in an area that we wanted to explore. The service, room and restaurant were all fantastic. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed being able to go outside and walk along the Rhine, and enjoy the view of the Chateau, vineyards and area. Parking was very easy and safe. Only complaint is that some of the switches were hard to figure out, esp in the bathroom… maybe when the staff shows you the room, make sure to inquire! ”

“It was our second visit to the hotel, we first stayed here in July 2024 and again in August 2025. On both occasions, it was the last hotel we stayed in before travelling back to the UK and we thought it would be nice to end our European road trip in the same place. There's ample parking and despite there being a Casino on site you don't notice any rowdy behaviour etc. It's a respectable place and well located spot for wine aficionados. The hotel Spa facilities are great, really clean and well...
