I found the staff very helpful and pleasant. We parked nearby as the hotel’s lot was full; everything was fine. It was a bit stuffy in the room and the a/c didn’t work. We opened the window and it was surprisingly not noisy, even though we were facing the train station.

The city is fine. The hotel was very cramped. Narrow, dark hallways and a tiny dark room with cobwebs in every corner. The location was surprisingly quiet. There is a pool. Breakfast was fine.

The location is perfect and the staff is very nice. The only issue is the cleanness. The pool is dirty and there is broken tiles all over the saunas. There was a lot of black mold in the room’s bathroom and there is no mini fridge in the room.

Not worth the money

Upon arrival we were told to not park in their garage but 1/2 mile away due their garage full, despite no smoking signs at our room the hallway and room smelled badly , room very tiny almost Japanese like. Glad to leave early after after one night with also big dogs like s German sheppard allowed in Hotel and bar area

Malgré les multiples séjours dans différents kyriad pour affaire C est la première fois que je séjourne dans une chambre aussi sale, avec une femme de ménage qui vient taper à la porte à 9h30 puis à plusieurs reprises entre 9h30 et 10h40 pour nous presser à partir afin qu on libère la chambre rapidement, pour qu elle puisse faire le ménage... Inacceptable rien à voir avec le Best Western en face qui est un ancien kyriad aussi dans lequel j ai séjourné la nuit précédente, Nb : La salle de bain est minuscule ainsi que la chambre C est dommage... J espère que la direction fera des efforts pour améliorer le service surtout au prix où on paie la nuit de notre séjour.. Et ainsi Avoir un minimum de tranquillité le matin... Tel est l objectif d un hôtel d un tel niveau

Super spa et bien situé

L’accès à la piscine et au spa ainsi que la localisation sont vraiment les atouts de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont un peu petites et le petit déjeuner moyen sinon c’est un bon rapport qualité / prix.
