Excellent hotel and host

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Kachelberg. It was well run and comfortable. Our room was extremely well presented, very clean and with everything we could have wished for, including a small fridge. The food at breakfast was delicious and with a really good choice. There is an outside area with tables and chairs and we enjoyed a pleasant hour or two later one evening with fellow quests. We would definitely return to the hotel. As a bonus there was a lovely restaurant not more than 20 meters away.

Beautiful hotel but unfriendly service

Pretty looking hotel in a beautiful neighborhood. Hotel was clean and parking was easily available. No lift in the hotel. There was no shampoo in the room. There was no coffee, tea, water cooker (for boiling water) in the room. So, you cannot make your own coffee/tea in the room. You need to go to the breakfast area (during opening times only) to get hot water/coffee/tea for an extra charge (not free). Staff was not at all friendly. I was given rude looks for any questions asked.

Fint lille privatejet hotel.

Hotellet er hyggeligt og ligger lige ved Mosel-floden. Ejeren var meget venlig og stillede straks garage til rådighed for vores motorcykler. Værelset og badeværelse var fine uden at være prangende (hvilket vi heller ikke forventede). Morgenmaden var også helt i orden. Byen er måske ikke så spændende, men der er jo mange skønne steder i omegnen.
