Beds were small. Room wasn’t cleaned. Front desk is not staffed 24 hours. Not the best. Not the worst but would not stay again as a family. Seemed to be a lot of single men staying here

No hair dryer, no shampoo, no conditioner, one small bar of soap. Toilet kept plugging because it wouldn't flush properly, had to ask them to fix the toilet twice. You have to remove your own trash, and if you want fresh bedding you have to strip your own bed, take it down to housekeeping, ask for fresh linens and remake your own bed.. NONE of this information is listed when you book. I paid decent money to go on vacation and have to go buy my own supplies just to take a shower. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't stay here. Walls are thin, you can hear people talking on the phone in the next room. I travel quite a bit, I've NEVER stayed anywhere as horrible as this hotel. You couldn't pay me to go back.

Rude receptionist claiming not to have rooms until “probably” late evening and to check back later. She won’t refund you if you reserve online and they overbooked. I booked several rooms and paid for them. When I got there she requested an ID for each individual staying in the rooms. She was rude aggressive and screaming. I’ve never experienced this before. She never asked for a credit card to verify. She was more concerned about ID’s. C’mon now I agree you need verification but not 10 ID’s for the 5 rooms reserved under my name and all paid for with same credit card, probably one per room but not for each of our party. This is no inclusive resort!! Rooms were dirty, broken doors. Save yourself some time for something better where you will feel welcome and don’t book here. $10/$20 more will save you a headache. You are paying to rest a few hours and they treat you bad. NO EXCUSES! This receptionist should stay in the back not in the front area!

I do not recommend this hotel. In spite of it being fairly new, this hotel is very run down. The a/c in our room shook vigorously and made loud loises so we had to turn it off. It was too late in the evening to even ask for another room. When checking out, there was a hotel emlpoyee around the front desk area that was cussing as she was complaining about who knows what. Very unprofessional!

We stayed here for two nights while we visited Theodore Rosevelt NP. It was very convenient to the Interstate, but not noisy. We were disappointed that there was not ice machine, but there was a fridge with ice cube trays in it. There was no place to recycle. Overall we were comfortable.

We stayed 4 person but everything was given for 2. 2 towels, 2 water cups. They never changed the towels, keys stopped working after the first night. Seemed like they’re very new in the business and didn’t know what they’re doing. But the property was clean and nice. Service was terrible.
