Everything was great, except the WiFi, and I had to do some online work, which was difficult. The kitchen range was great! The location is right next to Wal Mart. So we were able to buy cooking utensils and groceries to save money. Excellent staff and the GM was excellent!

I really appreciated that Red Roof Inn didn't take advantage in raising their prices by 4x like the others for a nearby special event. A perfectly fine room for a good night's rest.

The outside of the hotel could use some work. There isn’t much of a handicap ramp, the sidewalks and curbs are all broken and hard to walk on. The lobby was nice, very simple and clean. The front desk attendant was polite but very quiet. The room was spacious and clean. Our TV wasn’t working and no one said anything until they came to the room and walked in…knocked once and never announced who they were or what they needed till they were in the room. I was in the shower and my boyfriend was asleep and the person just walked in. We were able to get the TV hooked back up. Other than that the bed was comfy and the neighbors were pretty quiet. Check out was super easy, they had a box to drop keys in and we were on our way.

When we arrived we asked to see the room because the front desk and check in area was so filthy and smelly . As soon as we walked into the room there was a old urine musty smell, the bathtub was cracked and it was nasty. We asked to see another room but they could not get the keys to work. The new desk clerk had to keep taking pictures with her phone because the manager was sitting in a chair and didnt want to get up to assist. People live here long term and the smell was so bad my husband had to go outside to prevent himself from vomiting. We called expedia and was able to get a full refund. Choose the Astoria down the road it was clean and staff was amazing.
