The staff are very friendly but not trained properly. The building is a complete mess there were a lot of things wrong with the air conditioning it would get very warm in the rooms throughout the night that made the room get condensation on everything. The fans in the lobby did not work and made it extremely hot,water was leaking through the lights in the hotel buffet dripping on the floor and by the food. We had no water one day due to a broken pipe . The management tried to accommodate everyone. They cancelled our dinner reservation numerous time due to a bigger party coming to eat, they do not have the space to accommodate 220 rooms for dinner 4 restaurants and not all were open every night. There is not an open buffet if you don’t have a reservation at one of the restaurants, the sports bar is the only option. I must say the hotel is beautiful but it has a lot of issues. This Royalton is very small compared to others we stayed at.In October they will have a full hotel but I think they definitely need more training. Our rain shower head was broke and didn’t work. I will not be returning to this Royalton.
